• Auteursrechtclaims: Een kopie van het auteursrechtcertificaat, bewijs van eerste publicatie of originele versie van het werk
• Handelsmerkclaims: Een geldige handelsmerkregistratie of -certificaat (bijv. "XYZ™, registratienummer 456145, geregistreerd op 04-04-2019")
• Octrooiclaims: Een geregistreerd octrooicertificaat of -nummer (bijv. "XYZ Patent, registratienummer 456145, verleend op 04-04-2019")
